Ally is the founder of Glow Medspa and a Prescribing Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping patients feel confident, comfortable and empowered in their own skin.
After qualifying as a registered nurse from the University of Stirling in 2016, Ally discovered a passion for medical aesthetics that allowed her to combine clinical expertise with creativity, artistry and patient-centred care. Since entering the aesthetics industry in 2017, she has dedicated her career to delivering safe, natural-looking results that enhance rather than change.
As the founder of Glow Medspa, Ally has built a clinic centred around the values that matter most to her: patient safety, clinical excellence, honesty and long-term skin health. Her vision was to create a space where patients feel genuinely listened to, supported and confident in the care they receive.
Ally holds a Postgraduate Certificate with Merit in Advanced Practice and is an Independent Nurse Prescriber, allowing her to provide comprehensive treatment plans that combine aesthetic treatments with personalised skincare and prescription-only therapies where appropriate.
Her postgraduate studies focused on advanced dermatology care, person-centred consultations and the management of long-term conditions, helping shape the thoughtful, holistic approach she is known for today.
Alongside her clinical work, Ally is proud to serve as Regional Leader for the North of Scotland for the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses (BAMAN), supporting fellow practitioners and championing high standards within the aesthetics profession. She is also a member of the Aesthetics Complications Expert Group (ACE) and the British Dermatological Nursing Group (BDNG), reflecting her ongoing commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice.
Known for her warm and approachable manner, Ally believes aesthetic medicine should never be about chasing perfection. Instead, her focus is on creating personalised treatment plans that support healthy ageing, improve skin confidence and deliver results that look refreshed, balanced and entirely natural.
Whether a patient is exploring aesthetics for the first time or continuing their skin journey, Ally's goal remains the same: to provide honest advice, exceptional care and results that help people feel like the very best version of themselves.
