Becky is the Nurse Practitioner behind Aesthetics by Becky, based within Glow Medspa Clinic. With over a decade of nursing experience, she brings a strong clinical background and a patient-centred approach to aesthetic practice.
Becky qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2013 and has since gained extensive experience across a range of medical settings, including Intensive Care Units throughout Scotland and England. This diverse clinical background has shaped her meticulous attention to patient safety and high standards of care.
Alongside her aesthetics practice, Becky continues to work within the NHS as a Clinical Nurse Advisor for the Scottish Ambulance Service. Maintaining this role allows her to remain closely connected to frontline healthcare, ensuring her clinical knowledge and decision-making remain current and evidence-based.
Becky’s passion for aesthetics grew from her own personal journey with rosacea and psoriasis, giving her first-hand insight into the impact that chronic skin conditions can have on confidence and wellbeing. This experience inspired her to develop a practice focused on helping people feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.
She has developed a particular professional interest in the management of chronic inflammatory skin conditions, taking a holistic approach that combines medical-grade skincare with carefully selected in-clinic treatments.
As a member of the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses (BAMAN), Becky is committed to maintaining high standards of safety, ethics and professional development.
Her philosophy centres on natural, balanced enhancement. Becky believes aesthetic treatments should complement a person’s natural features, delivering subtle results that never appear overdone.
Above all, Becky is dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming environment where every client feels valued, listened to and confident in the care they receive.
