Glow Club – Terms & Conditions 1. Membership Activation Glow Club membership begins once the joining fee and first monthly payment have been successfully processed. Members will receive confirmation once their membership has been activated, and membership benefits will then become available. Glow Medspa reserves the right to limit, pause, or close Glow Club memberships at any time. 2. Joining Fee A one-off £30 joining fee applies when enrolling in Glow Club. This fee covers membership setup and preparation of the Glow Club welcome pack. The joining fee is non-refundable. 3. Minimum Commitment Glow Club memberships require a minimum commitment of six months. Early cancellation within the minimum commitment period is not permitted. If a membership is cancelled before the end of the six-month minimum commitment period for any reason, Glow Medspa reserves the right to charge the value of the welcome gift to the member’s account. After the initial six-month period, membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled. Members wishing to cancel after the minimum term must provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice via email. Membership benefits will remain active until the end of the final billing period. 4. Membership Credit 100% of each successful membership payment is added to the member’s account as treatment credit. Membership credit: ∙ Is added monthly following each successful payment ∙ May be used towards eligible in-clinic treatments ∙ Is valid for 12 months from the date it is added ∙ Is non-refundable and non-transferable ∙ Cannot be exchanged for cash ∙ Cannot be shared or used by another individual ∙ Cannot be used for gift vouchers, treatment courses, or promotional offers unless explicitly stated ∙ If the cost of a treatment exceeds the available credit, the remaining balance is payable at the time of the appointment. Glow Medspa reserves the right to determine which treatments are eligible for use with membership credit. 5. Treatment Pricing Glow Medspa reserves the right to amend treatment pricing at any time. Membership credit retains its monetary value, but does not guarantee treatment pricing at previous rates. 6. Member Discounts Glow Club members receive 10% off in-clinic treatments, excluding prescription treatments. Members also receive 10% off skincare products Member discounts: ∙ Apply only while membership is active ∙ Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated Glow Medspa reserves the right to amend or withdraw member discounts with reasonable notice. 7. Welcome Gift & Member Gifts Glow Club members receive a luxury welcome gift valued at £100+, which is provided upon joining Glow Club once membership has been activated and the first payment has been received. The welcome gift forms part of the Glow Club membership experience. Members may also receive occasional surprise gifts, skincare treats, or exclusive member offers throughout the year at the discretion of Glow Medspa. All gifts and member exclusives are discretionary and may vary depending on availability. 8. Payments Membership payments are taken monthly via the selected payment method. If a payment fails, membership benefits — including treatment credit accrual and member discounts — may be paused until payment has been successfully processed. Membership payments are non-refundable once processed. 9. Membership Pause Membership may be paused in exceptional circumstances, such as medical reasons, at the discretion of Glow Medspa. Pause requests must be submitted in writing via email. During a pause period: ∙ Membership payments may be temporarily suspended Treatment credit accrual and membership benefits will also be paused ∙ Glow Medspa reserves the right to approve or decline pause requests. 10. Appointments & Cancellations All treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Glow Medspa requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the treatment cost being deducted from the member’s account credit. Glow Medspa reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is not clinically appropriate. 11. Clinical Suitability Glow Club membership does not guarantee treatment. All treatments remain subject to clinical consultation and professional judgement. Glow Medspa reserves the right to decline treatment if it is not considered safe or appropriate. 12. Membership Use Glow Club membership benefits are available only to the named member. Membership benefits cannot be transferred, shared, or sold. Glow Medspa may request proof of identity before providing treatment or applying membership benefits. 13. Changes to Glow Club Glow Medspa reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, membership benefits, or membership pricing with reasonable notice. Glow Medspa also reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if these Terms & Conditions are not adhered to.
